Updated November 3, 2026. Visentia, LLC provides optional text messages for verification codes and clinic appointment updates. You choose whether to receive a texted code; email is available when offered.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your check-in activity and your clinic’s communications. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to stop texts. Contact ayma@visentia.ai for help with the messaging program, or contact your clinic for an alternative verification method. Do not email verification codes, invitation links or medical information.

Privacy

We use the number held by your clinic to deliver messages. Mobile information and opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our telecommunications providers receive information needed to route and deliver texts. Read the patient intake privacy policy for how we handle your information.
