Help with your check-in
Find or replace your invitation
Use the secure link sent by your clinic. Check your email and spam folder. You can open the link, paste it into the app, or scan a clinic QR code. If the link is missing, expired or locked, contact your clinic for a new invitation. Installing the app does not create a patient account.
Get a verification code
Enter your name and date of birth as held by your clinic. Codes go to contact details your clinic already has. You can request another code after the displayed countdown or choose email when offered. Use the newest code. If your contact details need correction, your clinic must update them.
Return on another device
Open the same unexpired invitation on that device and verify again. For your privacy, verifying again replaces the previous session and remembered-device access for that appointment. Saved answers are loaded from the clinic’s check-in service.
Camera, voice or connection problems
You can type instead of using voice, paste the link instead of scanning a QR code, and enter card details manually. Camera and microphone permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. If a save or upload fails, retry it and confirm the saved status before submitting. An interrupted check-in does not by itself confirm a submission; check the confirmation screen or contact your clinic.
Technical support and privacy requests
Contact ayma@visentia.ai for technical support, accessibility help or privacy questions. Include the app version, device model, and a brief description of the problem. Do not email a check-in link, verification code, medical details, card photo, or screenshot containing patient information. Your clinic can help with appointments, clinical questions, medical-record corrections, and an alternative check-in method.
See the privacy policy. For urgent medical concerns, call your clinic. For an emergency, call 911.
